On September 7, The Psychedelic Furs and Squeeze kicked off a six-week tour across the United States. As part of that tour, they stopped in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for a show on September 13 at The Met.

Up first were The Psychedelic Furs with singer Richard Butler leading a six-piece band into a 75-minute set consisting of tracks off their latest album, Made in Rain, including “You’ll Be Mine”, “Wrong Train”, and “This’ll Never Be Love”, mixed with old favorites like, “Heaven”, “Pretty In Pink”, and “Love My Way”. They closed out their set with “Heartbreak Beat”.

Squeeze was up next, and started their set off with “Take Me I’m Yours” and continued on for 90 minutes, playing 17 songs. Those songs included hits like “Pulling Mussels” and “Black Coffee In Bed” to a packed house.

One of our photographers, Jeannine, was there at the show. You can see photos from the show below!
