The 11th annual Rose City Comic Con is set to head back to Portland, Oregon next month, set to bring a star-studded guest list to the area.
The convention will draw in thousands of fans from Friday, September 22 through Sunday, September 24, 2023 at the Oregon Convention Center. The convention is presented by LeftField Media and will feature panels, cosplay meetups, and more.
