While Prime Video’s adaptation of Casey McQuiston’s smash hit novel Red, White & Royal Blue won’t hit our screens August 11, we officially have a new clip from the film.

The movie follows Alex Claremont-Diaz’s (Taylor Zakhar Perez) time as America’s first Mexican-American First Son and media darling as he falls from grace after a messy meeting with long time rival Prince Henry Fox-Mountchristen-Windsor of England (Nicholas Galitzine). With the media watching carefully, Alex and Henry embark on a fake friendship to improve PR between the two countries. However, the duo soon realizes that perhaps animosity isn’t the only thing between them…

This new clip shows one of the young men’s interactions for the media, and it is the perfect introduction to the political pair. Check it out below, and be sure to check back here as the premiere date draws nearer for all news Red, White & Royal Blue.
