One of the summer’s most anticipated television events will kick off Sunday, July 23rd on the Discovery Channel! This year’s Shark Week will be hosted by Jason Momoa and will celebrate its 35th anniversary.
Momoa is a great choice for the host with his dedication to preserving and protecting the Earth’s oceans and sea life. Discovery’s annual celebration of sharks will include epic adventures along with scientific revelations every night. A full schedule for Shark Week will be released at a later date.
