Dan Stevens (Legion, Gaslit) is joining the cast of Hulu’s animated series Solar Opposites, replacing co-creator Justin Roiland (following the streaming platform’s decision to cut ties with him earlier this year) as Korvo.
Solar Opposites centers around a team of four aliens who are evenly split on whether Earth is awful or awesome. Korvo (Stevens) and Yumyulack (Sean Giambrone) only see the pollution, crass consumerism, and human frailty while Terry (Thomas Middleditch) and Jesse (Mary Mack) love TV, junk food, and fun stuff.
The series found a fun way to announce the re-casting of Korvo in a first look clip for the upcoming season.
When he’s not delving into live-action roles or lending his voice to audiobooks, Stevens has done voice acting as well for titles such as Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, The Prince, and Earwig and the Witch.
Don’t miss season 4 of Solar Opposites when it premieres on Hulu on August 14.
