The highly anticipated sequel to Netflix’s action thriller Extraction is coming June 16, and the official trailer has just deployed.
Following Chris Hemsworth’s Tyler Rake, Extraction 2 takes Rake through his most dangerous mission yet, which may be hard to believe given his mission in Extraction left him on the brink of death. However, the Joe Russo script reunites Hemsworth with director Sam Hargrave for an even higher stakes adventure, this time to rescue a battered family of a ruthless Georgian gangster from the prison where they’re being held.
Extraction 2 also stars Golshifteh Farahani and Adam Bessa as Nik Khan and Yaz Khan, plus Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt, and Tinatin Dalakishvil.
