‘Outlander’ Announces Season 7 Premiere Date

This June 16, fans will be able to spend their summer on Fraser Ridge. Outlander returns with its extended seventh season to STARZ. While broadened to 16 episodes, this new season will be split into two halves. The first eight episodes will begin this summer, while the second half will hit TV screens in 2024.

This beloved show is inspired by Diana Gabaldon’s international best-selling book series of the same name. With worldwide success, it is easy to see why STARZ has already renewed Outlander for an eighth and final season. While hearing the end is coming breaks fans’ hearts, there is some exciting news on the horizon. Outlander: Blood of My Blood is a new spin-off series that will follow the love story of Jamie’s parents.


With the Outlander universe expanding there will be some new faces joining our fan favorites for season seven. Charles Vandervaart will play William Ransom, Izzy Meikle-Small as Rachel Hunter and Joey Phillips will be Denzell Hunter. Bringing back the magic as executive producers are Matthew B. Roberts, Ronald D. Moore, Maril Davis, Toni Graphia, Luke Schelhaas, Andy Harries, Jim Kohlberg, Caitríona Balfe, and Sam Heughan.
