The Peacock original series Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin has officially been renewed for a second season.

Bumper in Berlin follows Bumper Allen, whom we last saw working as a security guard at Barden University in Pitch Perfect 3, in Berlin (as the title says) as he seeks to grow his stardom in Germany after his mashup of a German hit and American song goes viral overseas.

Season 1 of the show featured Adam Devine reprising his role as Bumper Allen (as well as an executive producer), Sarah Hyland as Heidi, Flula Borg as ex-Das Sound Machine member Piëter Krämer, Lera Abova as Thea Krämer/DJ Das Boot, and Jameela Jamil as flashy pop-star Gisela. Alongside Devine, Elizabeth Banks, Max Handelman, Paul Brooks, Scott Neimeyer, and Richie Keen executive produced. Showrunner/writer Megan Amram also executive produced.

With last season having left off on sort of an emotional cliffhanger, it’ll be interesting to see what resolutions and new hurdles season 2 brings. Bumper in Berlin season 1 is currently available for streaming on Peacock. Make sure to check out our interviews with Adam Devine and showrunner Megan Amram, as well as our other content on the show. As always, stay tuned for more updates.
