All Elite Wrestling’s Maxwell Jacob Friedman is set to join The Iron Claw, following the rise and fall of the Von Erich family.
The biographical feature about the wrestling dynasty stars Zac Efron as Kevin Von Erich, Jeremy Allen White as Kerry Von Erich, and Harris Dickinson as David Von Erich. Holt McCallany, Maura Tierney, and Lily James also star.
While Friedman is on the small screen weekly cutting promos for AEW, this is his first role in a feature film. A first look at The Iron Claw has also been released that features a muscular Efron performing a famous Von Erich drop kick.
The Iron Claw is currently in production with a tentative 2023 theatrical release.
