‘Encanto At The Hollywood Bowl’ Special Headed to Disney+
Soon everyone will be talking about Bruno as Disney+ brings Encanto to life in a whole new way. Reuniting at the Hollywood Bowl is Lin-Manuel Miranda and the original cast, joined by an 80-person orchestra, 50 dancers, and special guests Carlos Vives and Andrés Cepeda. This special night honoring the music of Encanto will use the live-to-film concert experience and be available to stream on Wednesday, December 28, only on Disney+.
Encanto took the world by storm and touched the hearts of many viewers, young and old. The film follows the lives of the Madrigals, a very special family. This unique family lives in a magical home hidden away from the outside world in a place called Encanto. The magic of this place has bestowed every child in the family with a gift. These gifts range from super strength and super hearing all the way to the power to heal. Mirabel is the only child that didn’t receive a gift. Soon she comes to realize that being the only ordinary Madrigal might just save her family.
Encanto At The Hollywood Bowl will be an event to remember and is directed by Chris Howe and Jamal Sims. It takes a truly talented individual to take the lead in bringing to life these iconic songs. Conductor Anthony Parnther will guide the full orchestra in this unforgettable performance. The show will be filmed across two performances at the Hollywood Bowl. These performances will be on November 11 and 12. Fans can buy tickets to witness these historic performances on the official website here. Don’t forget to stream Encanto at the Hollywood Bowl on Disney+ this December 28.
