Universal Pictures Releases Official Trailer for New Horror Movie ‘M3GAN’

Universal Pictures has released the official trailer for its upcoming horror movie M3GAN from James Wan and Blumhouse, in association with Divide/Conquer. The film stars Allison Williams, Violet McGraw, Ronny Chieng, Brian Jordan Alvarez, Jen Van Epps, Lori Dungey, and Stephane Garneau-Monten. Check out the trailer below!

The official synopsis for the movie reads:

“When Gemma suddenly becomes the caretaker of her orphaned 8-year-old niece, Cady (Violet McGraw, The Haunting of Hill House), Gemma’s unsure and unprepared to be a parent. Under intense pressure at work, Gemma decides to pair her M3GAN prototype with Cady in an attempt to resolve both problems — a decision that will have unimaginable consequences.”

Universal has also released images from M3GAN, set to release in theaters on January 13.

M3GAN is directed by Gerard Johnstone, with the screenplay by Akela Cooper. Cooper and Wan wrote the story. Wan also serves as a producer with Jason Blum alongside Atomic Monster. Executive producers include Williams, Mark Katchur, Ryan Turek, Michael Clear, Judson Scott, Adam Hendricks, and Greg Gilreath.
