‘New Amsterdam’: New Synopsis Released for Season 5, Episode 4 “Heal Thyself”

NBC has released the synopsis for season 5, episode 4 of New Amsterdam, “Heal Thyself”. The episode will turn the tables on the doctors of New Amsterdam and make them take care of their own health rather than the health of others.

The official synopsis for “Heal Thyself” reads:

“Max mandates a personal health day for the staff at New Amsterdam and meets with surprising resistance. Reynolds finds himself intrigued by a persuasive new member of the staff. Bloom struggles with job stress after being taken off an essential medication. Iggy goes on his first date. Max convinces Wilder to get much needed surgery.”
