The game is afoot once again.
As part of their TUDUM: A Global Fan Event releases, Netflix has unveiled the official trailer and poster for Enola Holmes 2.
The sequel stars Millie Bobby Brown as Enola, the youngest of the Holmes siblings and arguably the most rebellious — which is saying a lot with Sherlock (Henry Cavill) as your older brother. In Enola Holmes 2, the titular character will take on her first official case as a detective in which she must find a missing girl. In order to solve the case, Enola will have to seek out the help of some old friends, and the aforementioned famous older brother.
In addition to Brown and Cavill, David Thewlis and Louis Partridge will return in the sequel with Susan Wokoma, Adeel Akhtar, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, and Helena Bonham Carter. The film series draws inspiration from the young-adult novel series, “The Enola Holmes Mysteries” by Nancy Springer. The films are directed by Harry Bradbeer from screenplays by Jack Thorne.
