Rick Riordan fans, a new development has been revealed concerning the Solangelo novel in the world of Percy Jackson that Riordan announced he was co-writing with Mark Oshiro back in 2021. The project’s title has officially been revealed. Our latest installment with Nico di Angelo and Will Solace is called THE SUN AND THE STAR: A Nico di Angelo Adventure.
The book is set to center on Will and Nico setting out on a mission to help save Bob the Titan, who sacrificed himself to save Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase in the Heroes of Olympus (HoO) series. Seeing as this is the premise, it’s not a stretch to think that the title might be related to Bob the Titan’s last line “Tell the sun and stars hello for me” in HoO’s fourth book, The House of Hades.
The Sun and the Star is currently set to debut sometime in 2023.
