Hulu released a trailer for its upcoming reboot of the popular horror film Hellraiser. Based on the novella The Hellbound Heart by Clive Barker, the film follows a young woman, Riley, who is struggling with addiction and comes to possess a mysterious ancient puzzle box. Unaware that the box is a gateway to another dimension, Riley solves the puzzle box and accidentally releases a group of bloodthirsty supernatural beings who begin a reign of terror on earth.
Odessa A’zion stars as Riley, and Jamie Clayton stars as Pinhead, the leader of the supernatural beings that have escaped from the other dimension. The film also stars Brandon Flynn, Goran Visnjic, Drew Starkey, Adam Faison, Aoife Hinds, Selina Lo, and Hiam Abbass. The screenplay was written by Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski, with David Bruckner directing.
