The Rookie is coming back! ABC has released the synopsis for season 5, episode 3, “Dye Hard.” The episode introduces the new rookie, Celina Juarez, whom Nolan will be training. Celina will be played by Lisseth Chavez.
The official synopsis for the episode reads:
“Officer John Nolan is assigned his first rookie, Officer Celina Juarez, whose unconventional approach to police work poses a unique challenge for him.”
