Harvey Guillén Added to 2022 New York Comic Con Lineup
NYCC has added a slew of new guests to their 2022 lineup, and one of them looks especially familiar. What We Do in the Shadows star Harvey Guillén has been announced for the con! He will attend the con on Saturday and Sunday, and will be around to meet fans for autographs ($50) and photo ops ($70), available here.
As mentioned, Guillén is best-known for his role as Guillermo de la Cruz on the FX original What We Do in the Shadows. The mockumentary series follows a group of vampires who have lived together for over 100 years on Staten Island. For a bulk of the show, Guillermo served as Nandor’s familiar, a role he (mostly) abandoned after discovering he shares vampire hunting genes with none other than Van Helsing. He instead became the group’s bodygaurd, and now, in the show’s current fourth season, he works on the accounting side of things for Nadja’s nightclub.
Additional guests for the con include Oscar Isaac, Brendan Fraser, cast from STARZ’s Outlander, cast from Netflix’s Shadow & Bone, Rachael Leigh Cook, Anson Mount, Melissa Navia, and many more.
New York Comic Con takes place from October 6-9 at the Javits Center in Manhattan. Single day and digital tickets are still available. For more information on the con, visit the website.
