‘Batwheels’ Reveals Who is Behind the Mask in New Clip

Ethan Hawke made his debut as Batman today in a clip from the upcoming animated series Batwheels. The new series is debuting this fall as part of the preschool block on Cartoonito on HBO Max and Cartoon Network. The new clip features a scene from the upcoming half-hour special “Secret Origin of the Batwheels” premiering on Batman Day, September 17, exclusively on Cartoonito on HBO Max. This special will introduce viewers to Bam the Batmobile, Bibi the Batgirl Cycle, and Redbird as Robin’s Sports Car. The official description of the special was also released.

“When Batman, Robin, and Batgirl are captured, the Batcomputer brings the Bat-Vehicles to life. The newly-minted Batwheels must defend the Batcave and face off with the Legion of Zoom – all without Batman’s help!

Joining Hawke as Batman is Jacob Bertrand as Bam, Gina Rodriguez as Catwoman, Jordan Reed as Redbird, Madigan Kacmar as Bibi, Lilimar as Batwing, and Kimberly D. Brooks as The Batcomputer. The Batwheels voice cast also includes Mick Wingert, AJ Hudson, Leah Lewis, Griffin Burns, Alexandra Novelle, Josey Montana McCoy, Ariyan Kassam, SungWon Cho, Tom Kenny, Chandni Parekh, Jess Harnell, Regi Davis, and James Arnold Taylor.
