D23 Expo is a three-day event packed with amazing panels and interactive booth experiences. This year, Disney is going above and beyond by bringing over 30 fan-favorite franchises and television series together under one roof for viewers to enjoy! Fans will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in some of the most iconic and pop culture-defining shows on television today. This expo will cover content from some of the most influential channels and streaming services like ABC Entertainment, Disney Branded Television, FX, Hulu Originals, and National Geographic Content to name a few.
This action-packed event will take place in Anaheim, California beginning September 9 in the Disney General Entertainment Journey Into Storytelling Pavilion. There will be many interactive experiences available for fans to take part in surrounding some of their favorite shows! Some of the shows fans can experience will be Abbott Elementary, American Horror Story, Cruel Summer, Fire of Love, Good Morning America, Grey’s Anatomy, and Only Murders in the Building.
If you are a fan of daytime television and have always wanted to take center stage, then there will be a special photo and video opportunity. Attendees will be able to join Live with Kelly and Ryan and Tamron Hall with a photo booth that will place them in the middle of the show! This experience will be located in Hall B of the D23 Expo floor. Tamron Hall will also be in person moderating different panels across the Expo.
Many exciting panels will be taking place during the Expo, including Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration. Another fan experience will be celebrating the longest-running animated series of all time, The Simpsons. D23 will host all of these panels and more including shows and talent appearing across five main stages throughout the Expo; Hall D23, Premiere Stage, Backlot Stage, Walt Disney Archive Stage, Disney Bundle Stage, and the Hyperion Stage.

See your name in lights on the famed GMA marquee! This is a must-have photo op.
- America Born Chinese (Disney+) Mythical Staff Maneuvers
Get ready to learn how to master the staff alongside the mythical heroes from American Born Chinese.
- National Treasure: Edge of History (Disney+) Clue Room Zoom
Prepare for an archeological adventure! Fans will be searching for clues in the secret tunnels of the pyramid inspired by Disney’s new series.
- Abbott Elementary (ABC & Hulu) Sub for a Day
Get ready to step into a regular day at Abbott Elementary as attendees will get the opportunity to become substitute teachers! Fans will get the chance to see how they would respond in some of the show’s iconic scenes.
- Grey’s Anatomy (ABC and Hulu)
Fans of the world-class staff at Grey Sloan Memorial know that sometimes when the doctors and nurses need a boost, they strike a superhero pose or dance it out! At this experience, attendees will be able to do the same.
- Cruel Summer (Freeform and Hulu) Y2K Room
By entering this room, fans will be transported back to the Y2K era. You will be able to take a turn on “Dance Dance Revolution” to some of the most popular throwback hits, pose in the themed bedroom, and experience some lake life in an airstream photo op from the upcoming season of Cruel Summer.
- American Horror Story (FX and Hulu) Horror Scare Moment
Take a chance to be the star of your own nightmare in this experience that celebrates all 11 award-winning seasons of FX’s American Horror Story.
- Only Murders in the Building (Hulu) Arconia Silhouettes
With Mabel’s help, fans will be able to become a resident of the famed Arconia. Join the residents with your very own Mabel Mora-style portrait that graces her wall in the hit show.
- The Kardashians (Hulu) 7th Sister
Do you think you have what it takes to be a Kardashian? This fan experience will give you the chance to prove it with your best strut.
- Legacy: The True Story of the LA Lakers (Hulu) Skyhook Slo Mo
It is time to fulfill your Laker’s legacy with your very own attempt at the skyhook. This slow-motion shot is inspired by Lakers legends.
- Epic Adventures with Bertie Gregory, Fire of Love and Limitless with Chris Hemsworth (Disney+)
Follow in the footsteps of some of the greats and push your limits by becoming an explorer. This experience will take fans to some of the most stunning environmental settings around the world with the help of National Geographic.
