San Diego Comic-Con is the perfect place to drop a new trailer, and that’s exactly what the Apple TV hit series See did today. Showrunner and executive producer Jonathan Tropper brought a taste of the third and final season of the post-apocalyptic show to fans at the “Storytellers of Apple TV+” panel.
See stars Jason Momoa as Baba Voss, a man whose primary goal in life is to protect his family. Viewers follow an interesting cast of characters as they navigate a brutal and primitive world. See takes place hundreds of years after humankind has lost its sense of sight. Season three catches up with Baba Voss close to a year after defeating his brother and setting off on his own. This peace is short-lived as they soon find out a Trivantian scientist has created a devastating form of sighted weaponry. This weapon threatens the future of humanity as they know it. This knowledge sends Baba back to Paya to protect his tribe once again.

The first episode of See‘s final season will premiere on Friday, August 26 on Apple TV+, with new episodes premiering weekly on Fridays. The cast and crew of this series are uniquely made up of several individuals who are blind or have low vision. Starring alongside Momoa is Sylvia Hoeks, Hera Hilmar, Christian Camargo, Archie Madekwe, Nesta Cooper, Tom Mison, Olivia Cheng, Eden Epstein, Michael Raymond-James, David Hewlett, and Trieste Kelly Dunn. Since its premiere, See has been honored for its inclusivity and representation of the visually impaired. The show has received several accolades like the Ruderman Family Foundation Seal of Authentic Representation and an NAACP Image Award nomination for star Alfre Woodard in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category.
Fans can catch the first two seasons of See streaming now on Apple TV+. After the finale of See, Apple will not be done with Jason Momoa just yet!
