‘Orphan: First Kill’: Esther’s Horrifying Saga Continues in Official Trailer for ‘Orphan’ Prequel

Paramount+ and Paramount Home Entertainment have released the official trailer for the highly anticipated prequel to Orphan, titled Orphan: First Kill.

See where it all started. After escaping from the Estonian psychiatric facility, Esther travels to America by pretending to be the missing daughter of a wealthy family. However, a twist arises, putting Esther against a mother who will protect her family from the murderous “child” at any cost.

Produced by eOne and Dark Castle Entertainment, Orphan: First Kill is directed by Willam Brent Bell and written by David Coggeshall, David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick, and Alex Mace. The film stars Isabelle Fuhrman, Rossif Sutherland, and Julia Stiles. It will be available for streaming exclusively on Paramount+ and for digital purchase in the United States beginning Friday, August 19. The film will also debut in select theaters.
