Jared Padalecki and Zachary Levi hosted a discussion last night in Austin, Texas to discuss the release of Levi’s book, Radical Love: Learning to Accept Yourself and Others, which released on June 28.
In the book, which is Levi’s debut memoir, he discusses “his emotional journey through a lifetime of crippling anxiety and depression to find joy, gratitude, and ultimate purpose.”
The two joined together to talk about the book, their journeys with mental health, and more. The event was presented by Book People.
