20th Century Studios has released the brand-new trailer for the next entry in the Predator franchise titled Prey.
Directed by Dan Trachtenberg (The Boys, 10 Cloverfield Lane), the action-thriller takes place in the Comanche Nation 300 years ago and tells the story of a young female warrior trained by some of the most skilled hunters in the Great Plains named Naru. When an outside force begins to threaten her camp, Naru learns that the prey she is hunting is a highly skilled and technologically advanced alien species.
Written by Patrick Aison, Prey stars Amber Midthunder, Dakota Beavers, Stormee Kipp, Dane DiLiegro, and Stefany Mathias. The film will premiere on August 5, 2022 as a Hulu Original in the U.S., Star+ in Latin America, and Disney+ under the Star banner in all other territories.
