Margot Robbie to Star in New ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ Film

According to The Hollywood Reporter, a new Ocean’s Eleven film is in “active development” at Warner Bros. with Margot Robbie set to star.

Teaming with Bombshell director Jay Roach, Robbie will also produce the film said to be set in Europe in the 1960s. While not yet greenlit, production is expected to begin in the Spring of 2023.

The Ocean’s franchise kicked off in 2001 with the original Ocean’s Eleven, spawning three more films which included 2018’s all-female cast Ocean’s Eight. They’re a collection of American heist films.

Robbie can be seen next in Babylon, David O. Russell’s Amsterdam, and Greta Gerwig’s Barbie.
