Disney and Pixar Reveal Concept Art for Upcoming Feature Film ‘Elemental’
Pixar Animation Studios has revealed the details for its 27th feature film, Elemental.
Directed by Peter Sohn (Partly Cloudy, The Good Dinosaur), the brand-new animated film from Disney and Pixar follows the journey of two unlikely friends, Ember and Wave, from an elemental city where land, air, fire, and water residents live together. The pair will embark on an eye-opening journey of discovery and learn that they have more in common than they initially thought.
Sohn’s childhood in New York inspired the film. The director is the child of Korean immigrants who built a successful grocery store in the Bronx, a neighborhood full of families from all walks of life.
