The cast will feature Prodigal Son‘s Aurora Perrineau, Harvey Guillén, Nick Thune, Sarah Ramos, Andoni Gracia, Spencer Waldner, and Karan Oberoi. Vlamis is also set to star in the film.

According to Deadline, the story is about “James (Vlamis) and Tessa (Perrineau), a young married couple coping with the loss of their daughter. While Tessa trudges forward focused on her bestselling children’s book series inspired by their daughter, James tries to find solace in the daily crossword. As the crossword takes on a mind of its own, the seams of the couple’s reality begin to unravel, revealing that death is more than a five-letter word.”

The script was written by Vlamis and Kyle Anderson, with Vlamis, Stephen Mastrocola and Liana Montemayor Rafi Jacobs as producers. Vlamis’ Roswell, New Mexico co-star Michael Trevino will executive produce, alongside Perrineau, Guillén, Kenan Thompson, John Ryan Jr., and Alex Chi.
