Sony Pushes ‘Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse’ Release Date

The highly anticipated sequel to Sony’s Oscar-winning animated movie, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is moving from October 7, 2022 to June 2, 2023.

Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson are directing Across the Spider-Verse, taking over from the first installment’s directors Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey, and Rodney Rothman. Returning from the first movie are writer-producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller to write the script, along with Dave Callaham (Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings).
