The official trailer for Marvel Studios’ upcoming series Ms. Marvel has officially landed, along with first poster for the show and confirmation of the premiere date — June 8!
Meet Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan, a Muslim American teenager from Jersey City. An avid gamer and a voracious fan-fiction scribe, Kamala is a Super Hero mega-fan with an oversized imagination — particularly when it comes to Captain Marvel. Yet Kamala feels invisible both at home and at school — that is, until she gets superpowers like the heroes she’s always looked up to.

Ms. Marvel promises to change the course of the current lineup of Marvel shows on Disney+, offering a change of pace with a young, emerging hero who’s still very much a teenager trying to balance high school and family responsibilities on top of her brand-new powers.
The cast of Ms. Marvel also includes Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Laith Nakli, Azhar Usman, Travina Springer, and Nimra Bucha.
Directors for the series include Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah, Meera Menon, and Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, and Bisha K. Ali serves as head writer.
Don’t miss Ms. Marvel when it premieres exclusively on Disney+ on June 8, and stay tuned for our continued coverage!
