It has been announced that the first Super Nintendo World in the U.S. will be opening in Universal Studios Hollywood in 2023! The first Super Nintendo World opened in Universal Studios Japan in 2021 and has been a massive hit with fans.
In partnership with Nintendo, the expanded area of the theme park will launch guests into the world of Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach. The land will be completely immersive with amazing architecture, “a groundbreaking ride and interactive areas.” There will also be themed shopping and dining.
To get guests excited for the new land, the Feature Presentation retail store will soon undergo a transformation. The store, just inside the theme park’s entrance, will be Super Nintendo World themed. There will be plenty of merchandise available including Mario and Luigi themed apparel, iconic character hats and plush characters.
