At a time when we could all certainly use some more laughter in our lives, the trailer for Judd Apatow’s meta comedy The Bubble has finally been released. The film follows a group of actors and actresses stuck inside a pandemic bubble at a hotel, attempting to complete a sequel to an action franchise film about flying dinosaurs.
Co-written by Apatow and South Park‘s Pam Brady, The Bubble stars Karen Gillan, Iris Apatow, Fred Armisen, Maria Bakalova, David Duchovny, Keegan-Michael Key, Leslie Mann, Pedro Pascal, Peter Serafinowicz, Vir Das, Rob Delaney, Guz Khan, and Harry Trevaldwyn.

Netflix has also shared a collection of stills from the film as well.

The first teaser trailer, which dropped earlier this week, arrived in peak meta form by advertising the fictional movie that’s being filmed during The Bubble — Cliff Beasts 6: The Battle for Everest – Memories of a Requiem — which is an ongoing film saga about a ragtag group of brave scientists and adventurers fighting to stop deadly, bloodthirsty dinosaurs around the world … and in space.
Cliff Beasts 6 sees the return of all five original cast members, along with some newcomers, as they’re tasked with scaling Mount Everest to face the newest outbreak of man-eating monsters

All jokes aside, The Bubble will hit Netflix on April 1.
