He is vengeance. He is Matban. He is … Nicolas Cage.

The time has finally come for audiences to experience The Matban: Uncaged.

Okay, so unfortunately The Matban isn’t coming to a theater near you anytime soon, but The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent is. The film’s latest marketing stunt today came in the form of a parody trailer, which is fitting given its meta nature.

Nicolas Cage stars as … Nick Cage in the action-comedy The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. Creatively unfulfilled and facing financial ruin, the fictionalized version of Cage must accept a $1 million offer to attend the birthday of a dangerous superfan (Pedro Pascal). Things take a wildly unexpected turn when Cage is recruited by a CIA operative (Tiffany Haddish) and forced to live up to his own legend, channeling his most iconic and beloved on-screen characters in order to save himself and his loved ones. With a career built for this very moment, the seminal award-winning actor must take on the role of a lifetime: Nick Cage.

Directed by Tom Gormican and co-written by Gormican and Kevin Etten, the film also stars Ike Barinholtz, Alessandra Mastronardi, Jacob Scipio, Lily Sheen, and Neil Patrick Harris. The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent is produced by Nicolas Cage, Mike Nilon, Kristin Burr, and Kevin Turen and executive produced by Kevin Etten and Samson Mücke.

The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent will land in theaters on April 22.
