It’s a Supernatural reunion! Jensen Ackles is on set this week down in Austin, Texas to direct episode 14 of Walker, which stars his long-time Supernatural co-star and friend, Jared Padalecki.
Ackles was set to direct an episode in October, but his episode was pushed back, resulting in him now directing season 2, episode 14. This will be Ackles’ first time directing outside of Supernatural, in which he directed six episodes of the series.
Aside from starring in the show, Padalecki serves as executive producer, and the two have talked about their excitement for Ackles to direct an episode. Ackles’ episode is set to air this spring — we’ll keep you updated on the date.
