‘All American’: Christian James Joins Series in Key Recurring Role

Just days after it was announced that singer JoJo will be joining The CW’s All American in a recurring role, the football drama is expanding its cast once again! Cerebrum‘s Christian James will be in a key recurring role opposite series leads Daniel Ezra, Samantha Logan, and Michael Evans Behling.

Via Deadline, James will portray Golden Angeles University quarterback Wade Waters, arrogant and privileged but talented. With his position of power over the freshman, he hazes them and pressures the new guys into “questionable” choices by using team status.

Christian James can be seen in Hell Fest, True To The Game 2 and Hot Summer Nights, with guest roles on Nashville and Born Again Virgin.

All American‘s midseason premiere is this Monday, February 21 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on The CW, followed by the series premiere of spin-off All American: Homecoming. Check out our other All American coverage here.
