Fans of three CBS shows no longer need to fear cancellation as the network announces a round of early renewals.

CBS’s Monday sitcoms The Neighborhood and Bob Hearts Abishola have been renewed for seasons 5 and 4 respectively. Freshman comedy Ghosts has been renewed for a second season, joining Young Sheldon safely on CBS’s 2022/2023 schedule.

To date Ghosts has averaged 8.1 million total viewers, marking it this season’s most watched new comedy and tying NCIS: Hawai’i for CBS’s most watched new show. While its 0.9 demo rating ties it with NBC’s La Brea and ABC’s Abbott Elementary for the highest-rated new show this season.

The Neighborhood and Bob Hearts Abishola come in second and third respectively to Ghosts in demo ratings among CBS comedies. Although The Neighborhood is with Ghosts in average viewership.
