Ghostface is set to return to Woodsboro, and it’s always someone you know. Scream, the fifth installment to the franchise, is exclusively in theaters this Friday, January 14.
To refresh fans on the rules of horror movies, Vudu will be hosting a sale on the four films currently under the franchise in 4K UHD (ultra high definition). Starting on Tuesday January 11, buy the original trilogy (originally priced at $29.99) for only $17.99, and Scream 4 (originally at $7.99) for $4.99 on Vudu.
Jack Quaid (The Boys), Melissa Barrera (In the Heights) and Jenna Ortega (You) join the ensemble headed by Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette. Dylan Minnette (Goosebumps), Mason Gooding (Let It Snow), Kyle Gallner (Ghosts of War), Jasmin Savoy Brown (Love), and Mikey Madison (Once Upon a Time in…Hollywood) are also bringing new faces to the franchise. Marley Shelton is returning from Scream 4 as Deputy Judy Hicks.
Campbell, Cox, and Arquette are, of course, returning to the franchise for their fifth time. While this trio has been able to survive many monsters under the Ghostface mask, it’s certainly going to be a nail-biter to see if all of them make it to the end of this movie.
