The CW Releases New Teaser for ‘Naomi’
The CW has released a new teaser for its upcoming new series Naomi! The new show follows its title character, Naomi McDuffie (Kaci Walfall), a teen who journeys from her small town to the vastness of the multiverse. When a supernatural event shakes the town, she sets out to discover its origins. Along the way, she finds information that will challenge our idea of superheroes.
The teaser comes just over a month after The CW debuted a first-look clip during DC FanDome, which you can find here. It introduces viewers to Naomi, who begins to manifest her own superpowers. Watch the new teaser below.
Naomi is based on the limited comic series by Brian Michael Bendis, Jamal Campbell, and David F. Walker. Along with Walfall, it stars Cranston Johnson, Alexander Wraith, Camila Moreno, Mouzam Makkar, Barry Watson, Daniel Puig, Aidan Gemme, and Mary-Charles Jones. Ava DuVernay and Jill Blankenship executive produce alongside Sarah Bremner and Paul Garnes.
Naomi premieres on Tuesday, January 11 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on The CW.
