Since the recent update concerning where and how fans could watch Roadfood, excitement has been building as the first episode’s release (re-release?) draws near. As such, Roadfood has given fans a little behind-the-scenes sneak peek of what’s to come as Misha Collins travels to the first location on the map: Houston, TX!
The video briefly details how Collins will explore the Vietnamese culinary culture of Houston, which houses one of the largest Vietnamese communities in the USA, by examining the mix of traditional and evolving styles of Vietnamese food in the area. Additionally, on Roadfood‘s website under the “Behind the Scenes” tab, there are photos from the filming of the episode available for your perusal.
We can’t wait to see the first iteration of Collins’ culinary adventures as he treks across the USA. Roadfood may or may not be currently airing depending on what region you live in.
