‘Harry Potter’: Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson to Reunite for ‘Return to Hogwarts’ Special
As part of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the premiere of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, original cast members including Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson will reunite for a special! Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts will stream exclusively on HBO Max and feature new interviews with the three actors along with director Chris Columbus. This is the first major reunion of the main trio and will be filmed on the original sets of the film franchise.
Other actors set to appear in the special include Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Imelda Staunton, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Mark Williams, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch, Matthew Lewis, Evanna Lynch, and Ian Hart. The special will hit HBO Max on January 1, 2022. But if you don’t have HBO Max, you’re in luck: Return to Hogwarts will also air on TBS and Cartoon Network in spring 2022 on a date to be announced. This will coincide with the release of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.
