‘Willow’: Cast Announced for Disney+ Series

“Forget all you know or think you know!” Fans of the cult hit movie Willow have reason to celebrate with the announcement of the new cast for the new series headed to Disney+.

The original Willow, Warwick Davis, returns to introduce the new cast that will be joining him on this exciting new adventure. In the video we see Dempsey Bryk, Amer Chadha-Patel, Ellie Bamber, Tony Revolori, Ruby Cruz, and Erin Kellyman. Many of the cast are popular newcomers that you may recognize from the Marvel and Star Wars universes. They will take their place in the world of Willow, where dream and reality live side by side with mythical magic. Here a simple adventure can take you further than you ever expected.

The video plays around with the joke that the younger cast has never seen or heard of the original Willow film. If you find yourself included in this category, you can stream Willow now on Disney+ in preparation for the series that will be released in 2022.
