Arguably one of the most important tracks off the album, the music video for “UNCAGED” was originally scheduled to drop on September 30—the night before the album’s release. Not only was it meant to be the last big sneak peek into the album before its release, the track also shares its name with the title of the album itself. “UNCAGED” serves as the record’s anthem as Sherman calls listeners to join him and the other “uncaged,” and the music video for the song only adds another layer of depth to this message.

After postponing the original release date, the music video for “UNCAGED” was later released on October 16. Like many of Sherman’s other music videos, it was also filmed by director Christian Carranza. Behind-the-scenes footage of the filming process was also taken by Richard Yates of Capture Culture Photography and is available to view on their website here.
