There’s a little over a month to go until Hawkeye lands on Disney+, and Marvel Studios has just revealed that the first two episodes of the series are both set to premiere on November 24!
Hawkeye takes place in a post-Blip New York City, where former Avenger Clint Barton aka Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) has a seemingly simple mission: get back to his
family for Christmas. But when a threat from his past shows up, Hawkeye reluctantly teams up with Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld), a 22-year-old skilled archer and his biggest fan, to unravel a criminal conspiracy.
The cast also includes Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, Brian d’Arcy James, and newcomer Alaqua Cox as Maya Lopez.
A new teaser for the show was revealed alongside today’s news, which also finally confirms that we’ll see the return of Linda Cardellini as Laura Barton! Check it out below.
The first trailer for Hawkeye was released last month, which we broke down in detail.
For those unfamiliar with Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop, she first appeared in the 2005 Young Avengers comic run, taking on the mantle of Hawkeye in Clint’s absence. Fans would later see the two team up in Matt Fraction and David Aja’s critically acclaimed 2012 Hawkeye series.
