‘The Expanse’: Amazon Prime Reveals First Look at Season 6

During New York Comic Con, Amazon Prime hosted a panel with the cast and crew of The Expanse to reveal details about the upcoming final season.

After its cancelation at Syfy, Amazon Prime swiftly picked up the series for seasons 5 and 6, the latter of which will only have six episodes compared to its usual 10-13. With the limited amount of episodes, there’s sure to be even more action-packed into the episodes. The series is based on the novel series by James S.A. Corey (Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck).

In season 6 the crew of the Rocinante, as well as all of space, are in complete chaos after Belter leader Marco Inaros’ launch and continuous attacks on Earth and Mars. Bobbie Draper is sent on a secret mission by Chrisjen Avasarala that could change the tides of conflict. Drummer and the rest of her family are on the run from Marco’s rath after betraying him. And, beyond the Rings, a new power begins to rise.
