Demigods, do we have news for you! Rick Riordan recently confirmed in an interview with Publishers Weekly that a new book set in the world of Percy Jackson is in the works!
Not much is yet known about the book other than that it will release in 2023 and that it will be set in the world of our favorite Greek demigod (let the plot-point theorizing begin). However, knowing Riordan’s writing prowess, that’s all we need to get excited!
Riordan currently has lots of other irons in the fire, with the release of his newest book Daughter of the Deep on the horizon (read our review here), his imprint, The Kane Chronicles movie in development with Netflix, and of course, the Percy Jackson & the Olympians live actions series in the works with Disney+.
