We have exciting news for Disney fans! The live-action version of The Little Mermaid will be released May 26, 2023.
The movie will feature Halle Bailey as Ariel, Jonah Hauer-King as Prince Eric, Daveed Diggs as Sebastian, Awkwafina as Scuttle, Javier Bardem as King Triton and Melissa McCarthy as Ursula. This amazing all-star cast will be directed by Rob Marshall.
The movie will feature the music that fans know and love whilst also incorporating some original songs. The new music has been written by original composer Alan Menken alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda.
