The first footage for Mike Mills’ upcoming film starring Joaquin Phoenix, C’mon C’mon, has been released by A24.
C’mon C’mon recently debuted at Telluride Film Festival. In the film, Phoenix plays Johnny, a radio journalist who watches his nephew Jesse (Woody Norman) while his mother (Gaby Hoffmann) tends to the child’s father suffering from mental health issues. Over the course of their cross-country trip from Los Angeles to New Orleans, they forge an unexpected bond.
Alongside the trailer, A24 has also released new posters which you can check out below.
C’mon C’mon will appear next at New York Film Festival before it makes its worldwide theatrical release this November.
