‘DC’s Stargirl’: Neil Hopkins and Joy Osmanski Will Be Series Regulars for Season 3

Two of Blue Valley’s most evil villains will return to DC’s Stargirl! Neil Hopkins and Joy Osmanski will be series regulars in season 3 of the hit superhero series.
Hopkins (Sportsmaster) and Osmanski (Tigress) last appeared in the season 1 finale, where they were defeated by the new JSA. They have not appeared on-screen thus far in the currently airing second season, but they are set to return in “Summer School: Chapter 4” on August 31.
