As the daughter of Pearl Jam’s frontman, Olivia Vedder makes her musical debut in collaboration with her father and Hansard. Vedder showcases her powerful vocals on the track “My Father’s Daughter,” which appeared in the Flag Day trailer.
From Academy Award winner Sean Penn, Flag Day sees Jennifer Vogel and her father, John, who she viewed as larger than life. While he was teaching her all about love and joy, he was also busy being the most notorious counterfeiter in United States history. Flag Day is based on a true story and stars Penn and his daughter Dylan Penn.
The Flag Day soundtrack is available for pre-order in vinyl and CD format on the Pearl Jam website. It releases digitally on August 20, while physical copies ship at a later date.
