Felicia Day’s ‘The Guild’ 14-Year Anniversary Event Announced

The 14-year anniversary of the beloved, unforgettable hit web series The Guild is almost upon us, and a special reunion event has just been announced.

On July 27, 2007, The Guild landed on YouTube. Created and written by Felicia Day, the show follows the wild, unpredictable, and downright hilarious exploits of The Knights of Good, an online guild in a fantasy MMORPG video game (canonically referred to as The Game, but closely resembling the concept of World of Warcraft).

The series began as a small peek into the lives of Codex, Zaboo, Vork, Bladezz, Clara, and Tinkerballa, following the guild’s first delightfully awkward in-person meeting. What then followed was six epic seasons of adventures, laughter, romance, conventions, fights, and disasters galore until The Guild took its final bow in 2013.

In celebration of the 14-year anniversary, the gang is getting back together again for a two-hour gab fest that will include a live comic reading and an audience Q&A! Day, Sandeep Parikh, Jeff Lewis, Vincent Caso, Robin Thorsen, and Amy Okuda will all be in attendance.

Tune in to Day’s Twitch channel Tuesday, July 27 at 7 p.m. PST/10 p.m. EST to join in on the fun!
