‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’: Amazon Series Sets October Premiere

During Amazon’s Comic-Con@Home panel the streamer revealed a number of titles are coming soon. Among them, the I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot. The series is based on the classic 1997 horror flick of the aforementioned name.

Following the same general premise, a group of teens reunites due to being stalked by a mysterious killer a year after their involvement in a fatal accident.

Madison Iseman, Brianna Tju, Ashley Moore, Fiona Rene, Ezekiel Goodman, Sebastian Amoruso, Cassie Beck, Brooke Bloom, and Bill Heck star.

The franchise started in 1997 with the first film based on the novel by Lois Duncan. It helped produce two sequels, I Still Know What You Did Last Summer and I’ll Always Know What You Did Last Summer.

Sarah Goodman acts as writer and executive producer alongside Shay Hatten, Neal Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Erik Veig, James Wan, Rob Hackett, and Michael Clear. Craig Mcneill is directing and executively producing the first episode.

I Know What You Did Last Summer will premiere on Amazon Prime Video this October. An exact release date has yet to come to light. Stay tuned for more news as it comes.
