It’s All for Real: ‘iCarly’ Revival Renewed for Season 2!

Share:

The arrival of the iCarly revival on Paramount+ has been making waves since its premiere nearly a month ago. Today, Paramount+ announced a season 2 renewal for the freshman series!

Taking place nearly 10 years after the original, Carly has a new roommate who is also her best friend, Harper (Laci Mosley), and Freddie has a stepdaughter Millicent Benson (Jaidyn Triplett). Spencer on the other hand has become incredibly wealthy. Carly decides to restart iCarly with a fun, modern, adult twist.

Nickelodeon’s iCarly, which ran from 2007-2012, starred Miranda Cosgrove and Jennette McCurdy as Carly and Sam, respectively. The girls ran a successful web show, iCarly, with their friend Freddie. They did wacky sketches and skits, had incredible celebrity guests, and life lessons (like how you can use a sock full of butter as a weapon.)

Season 2 will begin filming this fall in Los Angeles. In the meantime, check out all the current episodes of iCarly on Paramount+.
